Poker Room has very good player support! The site has one of the quickest online support systems around.

Poker Room has a great selection of cash games, but does not have an overly wide variety of Sit & Gos and multitable tournaments. They have limit, pot-limit, and no limit Texas Holdem, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo. They have 6 seat and 10 seat Sit & Go tournaments, but there is a very limited number of these. There have a few multitable tournaments here, but most of them have very small prize pools! Limit games range from $0.02/0.04 to $100/200 and NL games from $0.01/0.02 to $25/50. This site offers a "no download" web based version of their software, so this site is superb for players looking to play poker on a mac or play poker at work without getting caught.

Poker Room has good game play overall. The software loads a little slow when you first open it, but once inside the tables load instantly and tournament statistics are also very quick. The dealer is a pretty speedy one here, so its a great site for cash games!
PLAYERS: 8
Poker Room has a big mix of players, ranging from extremely good to extremely poor. The cash games here are notorious for impatient and foolish players, but the tournaments are often filled with experienced players. PokerRoom is promoting hard in South America so it is very common to find a lot of fish from South & Central America playing at the site!

Poker Room has an excellent play money section, and it is very popular!
INTERFACE USABILITY: 8
Poker Room has a decent interface overall. When you are new to the software it can sometimes be confusing to tell exactly how much someone raised without having to search all over the screen for where it tells you. After you play here for an hour or two, however, you'll no longer have this problem and will greatly enjoy the interface.
