Bet365 Poker has acceptable player support - but it certainly isn't anything great! The site does not have a real-time online support system but it is very easy to message online support within the software... and they will often respond to you very quickly!

Bet365 Poker has a huge selection of poker games! The site is part of the Prima Poker network, and consequently is one of the largest poker sites on the internet. Any game you're looking for - they have it! Limit, pot-limit, and no-limit Texas Holdem, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo. Tons and tons of Sit & Go's including 5 seat, 10 seat, heads up, "mini tournaments", as well as an excellent steps tournament program. They also have a a huge number of daily multi-table tournaments here, and most of them have large guarenteed prize pools! Limit games range from $0.05/0.10 to $100/200 and NL games from $0.05/0.10 to $50/100 - so this site is great for high-limit players!

Bet365 Poker has excellent game play! Like all Prima sites, the software loads very quickly, and there is rarely delays in game play. Large multi-table tournaments will occasionally have lagged statistics though, which is really annoying when it happens (don't worry - it happens very rarely!). The dealer here is great - he is as fast as lightning!
PLAYERS: 8
Bet365 Poker has a large mix of players. The players on the lower limit tables are often fairly strong players compared to on other sites. Once you get to the 0.25/0.50 tables and above, the calibre of players drops compared to other sites. I would highly recommend this site to any player who likes to play 0.25/0.50, 0.50/1 or 1/2 poker... but would caution those planning on playing at lower limits (there are better sites!)

Bet365 Poker has a horrible play money tables - there are lots of them, but they just are not fun to play (everyone just screws around on them).
INTERFACE USABILITY: 10
Bet365 Poker is one of the best interfaces I have ever used. Try it - I guarenteed you'll love it!!! The interface is the main reason why this site was my favorite online poker room for almost 3 years!
